| ADAPTED SHIRT - This is a size 2T or 24 months, knit short sleeved shirt. (The label is long gone.) Color: navy with red/white stripe across chest. In good condition. It has been worn some, but does not look excessively worn. No stains or tears. SPECIAL FEATURES: this shirt was adapted to easily put on over an arm cast for my son. The left side seam has been replaced with velcro from the underside of the sleeve to the hem of the shirt. It can be put on without the whole shirt having to go over the head. The head opening DOES have to go over the head though. The head opening measures 4.5 inches across. ESPECIALLY SUITED TO: child with an injured left arm, or with an IV in the arm, or who has limited range of movement in the left arm, child post-surgery. I'm sure you can think of your own uses. . . PHOTOS: I tried to show the side velcro openings in a photo, but the dark color makes it hard to see. For clarification, the velcro is completely opened in the second photo. The narrow white strip is the velcro. The wide white strip is there to keep the velcro from rubbing the skin.
