DIFFERENTNEEDZ.COM is a web store that offers special needs families a one-stop shop to buy and sell their gently used medical supplies, disability equipment and adaptive toys. Our goal is to support and unify a community that has not been properly served by product suppliers or other resale sites.

You should not pay more for equipment just because you have a disability.  Whether your disability is a result of autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, car accident or old age; you can finally purchase gently used special needs necessities and gifts at a fraction of their original price. New products used for physical therapy and occupational therapy are also sold at discounted prices. On DIFFERENTNEEDZ.COM you can sell items you no longer use to help someone else now.  There are many unused wheelchairs, assistive technology, medical supplies, physical therapy equipment and toys stored in basements and closets that are in great condition.  Get them back into use!
